2. Nature of the Platform
2.1 Omnigig is a digital platform that connects independent agents ("Users") with work opportunities.
2.2 Opportunities may include:
- Lead generation
- Sales activities
- Customer engagement campaigns
- Other performance-based work
2.3 Omnigig uses tools including psychometric assessments to match Users to opportunities.
2.4 Omnigig does not employ Users. Users operate independently.
2.5 Users acknowledge that:
- They are not employees of Omnigig
- They are not entitled to employment benefits
- They manage their own work and performance
2.6 Users participate strictly as independent users of the Platform and are fully responsible for their own conduct, compliance, costs, equipment, and legal obligations.
2.7 Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship. No fixed income, benefits, or guaranteed work is provided.
3. User Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Users must provide accurate information:
- Full name
- ID number
- Contact details
- Email address
3.2 Users are responsible for login security.
3.3 Omnigig may approve, reject, or suspend registrations.
3.4 Eligibility Requirements
Users must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Be a South African citizen or legally permitted to work in South Africa
- Hold a valid South African ID
3.5 FICA Requirements
Users must provide:
- ID document
- Proof of address (if required)
- Any compliance documentation requested
3.6 Banking Requirements
Users must:
- Provide a valid South African bank account in their own name
Users acknowledge:
- Payments are made only to verified accounts
- Omnigig is not responsible for incorrect banking details
3.7 RICA Requirement
Users must:
- Use a valid RICA-registered mobile number in their own name
3.8 Verification Rights
Omnigig may:
- Request re-verification at any time
- Suspend access for incomplete or suspicious information
4. How Omnigig Operates
4.1 Work is assigned based on:
- Availability
- Performance
- Profile and psychometrics
4.2 Users may:
- Log in
- Participate in campaigns
- Complete tasks
4.3 Work is not guaranteed and depends on:
- Campaign availability
- Performance
- System demand
5. Remuneration
5.1 Users are paid based on performance:
- Per lead
- Per sale
- Per completed task
5.2 Payment amounts vary per campaign.
5.3 There is no guaranteed income.
5.4 Payment is strictly based on campaign commission structures.
5.5 Payment is only made on verified and approved work.
5.6 No payment is made for:
- Invalid or fraudulent work
- Duplicates
- Poor quality submissions
- Non-compliant work
5.7 All payments are made in arrears according to campaign rules.
5.8 Omnigig may adjust rates and thresholds at any time.
6. Tax Obligations
6.1 Users acknowledge that they operate as independent freelancers and are responsible for their own tax compliance under South African law.
6.2 Users may be classified as provisional taxpayers and must:
- Register with SARS as a taxpayer and provisional taxpayer
- Submit annual tax returns (ITR12)
- Pay provisional tax in advance (typically August and February, with an optional third payment in September)
6.3 Users acknowledge:
- No PAYE (Pay-As-You-Earn) is deducted by Omnigig
- All earnings received are gross income
6.4 Users are responsible for:
- Declaring all income earned through the Platform
- Tracking expenses for tax deductions
- Maintaining accurate financial records
6.5 Users may deduct qualifying business expenses, including:
- Devices (phones, laptops, software)
- Internet and cellphone costs (business use portion)
- Home office expenses (portion of rent/electricity)
- Marketing or data costs
- Travel (with proper logbook records)
6.6 VAT: Users must register for VAT if taxable income exceeds R1,000,000 per year.
6.7 Tax Threshold: Users under 65 may not be liable for income tax if earning below the annual threshold (subject to SARS updates).
6.8 Users are advised to:
- Set aside approximately 30% of earnings for tax
- Keep proper documentation for SARS compliance
6.9 Omnigig:
- Does not provide tax advice
- Is not responsible for any tax liabilities, penalties, or compliance failures
7. Device & Connectivity Policy
7.1 Devices may be provided where required (subject to payment plan).
7.2 Ownership remains with Omnigig until paid.
7.3 Users are responsible for device care.
7.4 Personal Device Use: Users must ensure their device meets minimum requirements.
7.5 User Responsibility: Users must provide at their own cost:
- Phone/device
- Internet/data
- Electricity and working environment
Omnigig is not responsible for connectivity or device failures.
8. Training
8.1 Training may be provided.
8.2 Training does not guarantee work or earnings.
9. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Act professionally
- Follow scripts and instructions
- Record accurate data
- Protect customer data
Users further agree:
- Work must be performed personally
- No one else may use their account
- Maintain control of login and device
- Use only approved processes
- Provide own tools and connectivity
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Submit false information
- Manipulate system outcomes
- Misuse customer data
- Allow others to work under their profile
- Use third-party numbers or devices
- Commit fraud or unlawful activity
Violations may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Loss of earnings
- Legal action
11. Data Protection & POPIA
Users must:
- Keep all data confidential
- Not copy, share, or misuse information
- Comply fully with POPIA
Users may be personally liable for:
- Data breaches
- Negligence
- Misuse of personal information
Omnigig may:
- Suspend accounts
- Withhold payments
- Report breaches
12. Performance & Platform Access
Omnigig monitors:
- Activity
- Performance
- Quality
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Poor performance
- Low productivity
- Non-compliance
- Risk to business
13. Termination
Omnigig may terminate access for:
- Breach of terms
- Fraud
- Poor performance
Users may stop using the Platform at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
Omnigig is not liable for:
- Loss of income
- System downtime
- Lack of work
Use is at the User's own risk.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
16. Changes to Terms
Omnigig may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.

- You are not employed
